Returns and refunds

Changed your mind

You can return an unused object in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Write to the contact form on this site with your order number to start a return.

Faulty or damaged

If an object arrives faulty or damaged, we replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time before the order ships, for a full refund. Write to us with your order number.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the way you paid, through our payment provider, Razorpay. We start the refund within 2 working days of approving it. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up after that.
